Time Collection Employee Guide
Logging In
- Open your web browser and go to: https://atchq-cp.deltekenterprise.com/CPWeb/cploginform.htm
- Turn off pop-up blocker and save the link to Favorites.
- Enter your Login ID (e.g., JSMITH).
- Enter your password (same as your computer login).
- Enter ATCHQCONFIG in the “System” field.
Accessing Your Timesheet
- Click on the Time & Expense button.
- Navigate to Time > Timesheets > Manage Timesheets.
- Click the New button to start a new timesheet line.
Adding Projects to Timesheet
- Click the magnifying glass icon in the Project field.
- Use the charge lookup screen to find your project.
- Select a project and click Select to add it to the timesheet.
Tip: Use the Query and Find buttons to see all available charges at once.
Entering Hours
- Add hours for each day in the corresponding fields.
- For overtime (non-exempt employees), use Pay Type O on a separate line.
- To add comments, click the paper icon in the hour cell.
Remember to use the “Add Line to Favorites” button for frequently used projects.
Saving and Signing Timesheet
- Click Save or Save & Continue to save your progress. It’s the Floppy Disk icon in the top left corner.
- At the end of the timesheet period, click Sign to submit.
- If making corrections, provide a Revision Explanation.
Requesting Leave
- Go to Time > Timesheets > Manage Work Schedule.
- Select the day and click Edit Date Properties.
- Click Request Leave, enter hours and notes, then save.
Pending leave appears in red, approved leave in green.
Logging Off
Click the power button icon at the top right of the screen to log off.
