WORK ENVIRONMENT
ATC understands the importance of organizational culture and the impact it has on workforce contentment. The focus of ATC executives is to create an environment that rewards hard work and achievement while simultaneously promoting teamwork and harmony. There are three overarching tenets at ATC. Each tenet is a separate initiative, yet they are interdependent. The first tenent at ATC is to do what's best for the client. Employees are not expected to worry about the cost or impact of doing what’s right for the client. The key to future growth is always to take care of the client now. This tenet empowers the project manager to make decisions without the burden of balancing what’s “right” with what’s profitable. The decision making rule for leaders is “if it’s not right for the client, it’s not right for the company.” The second tenet is teamwork. Every employee is expected to put the team before their self-interest. ATC management is integrated into all facets of operations. Individuals that are team players will receive recognition and reward for their work. The third tenet is employee retention. ATC is committed to a long and rewarding relationship with each employee.
