Holidays
ATC knows that employees value their time off. For that reason, ATC provides 12 paid holidays per year. Coupled with ATC's generous vacation plan, most employees are able to enjoy a considerable amount of time-off to renew their enthusiasm for their job and to spend quality time with their friends and family.

Health Care, Disability & Life Insurance
ATC offers a competitive health care plan to help employees take care of themselves and their family. We offer health insurance at no cost to the employee and pay 70% of the health insurance cost for employee dependents. ATC uses Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma as its insurance carrier for health, dental and prescription benefits.
ATC offers Short and Long Term Disability Insurance for each employee. This insurance serves as income protection to employees should they become ill or injured on or off the job. ATC also provides life and accidental death and/or dismemberment insurance for its employees. Employees may apply for additional voluntary life insurance at the time of hire or during open enrollment periods.

Simple IRA
ATC offers a Simple Individual Retirement Account (IRA) that serves as a Voluntary Investment Plan (VIP). You may enroll in the plan any time after your date of hire. You may contribute up to $10,000 annually on a pretax basis. ATC will match employee contributions up to 3% of your salary. The IRA plan is offered through Vanguard Funds with the employee maintaining control of the account. Vanguard offers more than 30 funds to the employee.

Flexible Spending Account
ATC offers its employees a flexible spending account or cafeteria plan for its employees. Employees are able to pre-tax health insurance premiums and may set aside up to $2000 pre-tax dollars annually for medical expenditures and $5000 for dependent childcare costs IAW Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) code.
